I must say that this hair removal salon is the BEST IN TOWN.
I had a bad experience at other japanese hair removal salon brand. I run into this Wink Wax for a help. The booking attempt was made before even their salon start operating, but the staff was very accommodating and promptly took my booking on the day itself.
The lady who served me at that time at Bugis outlet was Carene, and she was so professional, well knowledgeable, and caring. She explained to me clearly what she can do to help me with my issue with neckline hair which was caused by the japanese hair removal salon.
The end product was just perfect exactly how i wished, and also how she explained to me prior to the session.
As Carene works at 2 outlets: Bugis and Tanjong Pagar, I make appointments accordingly to her work schedule. And their booking communication among the staffs is also very seamless and they are very accommodating.
Both 2 outlets are excellent!
The price is very well managed too. For the service quality, staff's skill and salon's well maintained condition, i would not honestly mind to pay more!
You guys deserve recognition and I highly highly recommend this salon both at Bugis outlet and Tanjong Pagar outlet of Wink Wax Wellness!
